Civil engineering refers to the work of creating new large-scale items such as bridges and tunnels, while architecture refers to the design of condominiums, buildings, schools, hospitals, houses, etc.

Surveying is the work of accurately grasping the location, height, and shape of a building in detail before building and civil engineering design.

Estimation is the process of estimating the cost of construction from blueprints and specifications and calculating the budget. We often use specialized software for summation.

After joining the company, you will be required to obtain a national qualification as an architect (level 2 or 1).

For surveying work, you will need to have a "surveyor" or "assistant surveyor" qualification.

Construction Management.

Construction management is the job of managing construction and civil engineering work to ensure that it goes according to plan, and is also known as site supervision.

There are many things to manage, such as process, safety, quality, and cost.

After joining the company, you will be required to aim for the national qualification of "Construction Management Technician".
